Hi Brian,
The slide in works great for your 3 areas and I absolutely love it at first sight...
After extensive testing of your implementation of moolets in your forum, I have decided not to implement it in my site for the following reasons that you may already be aware of:
- the mySlide_x (x=1,2,3) works great upon first loading of your forum page - however, when you collapse these myslide_x sections, the sections do not get compressed completely as do other sections where myslide_x is not implemented - moreover, if I collapse those sections where myslide_x is not implemented and myslide_x is implemented and I move away from the forum page and come back to the forum page, then I cannot expand those sections in which myslide_x is implemented.
I hope my de_script_ion is not too confusing and easy to replicate at your end.
So, in summary, as much as I absolutely love the sliding in effect and how you have implemented it, I agree with you that implementation of the mootools _base_d effects do conflict with jquery and are probably the cause for such issues.
I would be happy to test anything else that you may require.
Thanks again and great work. Mahesh
