I have taken the time to go to most the other Joomla template and module developers and post about correct mooTools file naming conventions, some kind of log about what functions they are packing and the abilty to turn off their _script_s to avoid mutliples.

The general consensus from them is I can go fly a kite.

I guess it will take their members bitching to get any kind of results here.

I will post some info in the next few days about the meanings of the numbers, a bit to slammed today to do that.
