Why does this module never stops loading?

I'm having this problem with both Moolet Total Users and Moolet Online Users...

looks like the same issue as the post below, make sure to Include My mootools file as yours probably does not have all that is needed.

Send me URL if that does not work but you need to see this in your source

What is the code that we should place? I know with RokSlideshow you put a _link_ ref in between the <head> sections.

The code should insert itself if you have Mootools turned on in the module, but if for some reason it does not put it in the head also

Confirmed that the code is there when viewing source. It does show the _script_ as described earlier. When I set the mootools to Yes it is inserted. However, the loading icon just keeps scrolling and never displays the users...
