your copy of the module is not loading the needed mootools file. can you check your admin to see of that is turned on in the modules param?

It looks to me like it is working but the area (module position) does not really have room for it as there is other stuff there.

Might try changing module positions to at least see if it will be viewable.

These things generally require a little CSS work as every template is differnt.

Is that a rockettheme template?
If so and you can send me the URL of which one it is I can dowload it and see for myself, but not until mid week probably, I have a very busy workload these days.

I think Brian is right as I also believe the module is really working - but not displaying properly due to something bizaar.

I hit the site with Firebug and there were no errors, also hit the moolet page directly and it was plank white which means it runs, otherwise it would be showing me PHP errors.

Check one more thing. Make sure the drag option is off as that takes a master of CSS to get working.
