hi,
i love this module on other sites so i am really excited about using it...but.

the module attempts to load but returns the following error. i found the other forum threads regarding mysql issues but only one similar to this and it had to reply so i =figured i would post anew.

naturally the user and pw that it is attempting is not valid. i run my own server so i have access to whatever i might need to do to correct. please advise and thanks in advance!

This is to the best of my knowledge actually a php security setting. Unforutnatly I do not know which one. You can use php info and look at all your settings, if I remember there a a few that are obvious that would block the mySQL login on the page called from AJAX.

WE have seen this on serveral sites but know one has taken the time come back and post which setting they changed to remove this block.

Sorry that is all I know on that.

I have seen some users just add the username and password to the mySQL on the moolet pages that get pulled in with the mootools ajax call. That I know works but takes a little coding on your part.

I`m not using Community Builder. Is this a problem ?

i went in and reviewed my php info file and included valid default mysql info which removed the mysql errors but now the module simply is blank beneath the _title_.

i have adjusted the module settings trying to get it to work thru trial and error but still nothing.

some settings will bring in the mootools logo and spinner others just provide a blank box.

frustrating. love to get this to work.

Your issue is a hosting problem, the same as the above, you need to fix hour php ini file. That is server dependant, I can not help you with that, if you are on a shared host you will need to get them to take care of it as they will not give you access to it.

I would contact them...

Okay, sounds like yours is working but the CSS is messed but but I do not see the URL to your page with the Moolet to give you any advice on that.
