after installing this module, all i'm seeing is the moolet logo and constantly loading. same result in firefox and IE. I also changed from ajax get to post and didn't change. please help!

this is a great module!

Hi Brian,

same result on my page; I use this as a registered module so only online users will be able to see who's online - well, that's the idea. I can't get it to work. It keeps on saying 'loading...' no matter if I choose ajax get or ajax post.

My site is www.getconnected.nl

I could not see the moolet nor could I find the registration button due to my langauge limitations.

Can you create one lone page somewhere that is not password protected, publish the moolet to that page and send me that _link_ please

Thanks for the quick reply, I changed the module to public so you should be able to see it now.

Edit: now I've changed it to 'public' and the 'Loading' text is shortly visible, then it disappears.

Hey ryslan01,
When the curser disapears the moolet is usually working. I noticed you have not tweaked the CSS to fit your template and I see one thing, the module is in horizontal mode in a vertical position as I see this in the source

moolet_online_lite_h__frame_

should be

moolet_online_lite_v__frame_

set the module to be vertical and ping me back please
