Yea, do that if you don't mind.. I got a lot of stuff I can share with you. Ok, to me it looks like it is trying to find the language file in the wrong directory.

I assume you have FTP Access.. go into your FTP and verify weither or not this is the path to the file english.php: ny/modules/mod_moolet_online/language/english.php

I think the beginning part that says "ny" should be removed. We want it pointing directly to the modules folder and not the ny folder. You can check in the Module's settings and see if that "ny" is in the beginning of the location. To do that go to your Admin Panel and at the top click on Modules, Site Modules and then scroll down to the Moolets Online Module and select it to open and edit/modify the contents. Should be two boxes with destinations in it check to see if that "ny" is in either.. if so try removing it and then saving it and refreshing the homepage to view weither it fixed it or not.

need to get your host to allow php includes, send them this error:
http://www.kag-online.com/modules/mod_moolet_online/mod_moolet_online.inc.php?

or get a new host

That was my next solution Brian.. do you think that adding my PHP.ini will help the problem if I drop it in his root directory?
