you might need to find a joomla programmer to help you.

in your template is a function called "mosShowHead"

That pulls in a ton of other pages which have all the includes for the head. All the differs from template to template.

If it is difficult for you to trace these files on your own I would go back to where ever you got the template and do a post for which file the mootools call is in, maybe they could tell you..
