Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required

okay, so we need to accept that there are thousands of hosting companies out there and every one uses different settings on there php.ini file. If certain things are not turned on the ajax _base_d moolets are not going to work.

We are told but have not verified some servers will allow you to upload your own php.ini file to root of your site to override some settings. It would be your responsiblity to research that. We build these things and give them away but can not take the time to debug everyones box.
