I gave this some efforts but was unsuccessful in my first attempt. For some reason the image would repeat itself on the X axis even when I would tell it not to do so. Then there was an issue keeping the image in place as it was moving freely behind the users avatar.

The other issue is that I want the background image to actually be a foreground image and be the circle that is my avatar here but have a transparent center and show their avatar through it.

If anyone has any ideas I would be grateful.

I know you said the site was up so we could not see your code, is that still the case?

Can you then in stead post or email a copy of this background image and I will give this a shot myself as I am curious.

I took the module down until I can figure it out. I think it would be a neat addition to the module to allow people to add that into it through an option in the admin section. It adds a neat effect to it.

What would also be neat is to give the ability to change the angle at which it spins.

This seems to work for me on Firefox OS X.
Go to this page and see if the moolets sawblade hangs off the top left of the avatars. If so I will post the code. If not let me know again what platform / browser you are using.
