Hi,
Just installed google maps, everything is working fine, however one question: Does anybody know how to show the satelite view as initial view instead of the regular maps view?

I have only played with the google API just enough to get as far as I did. On page mod_moolet_google_maps.php, starting on line 103 is the google map stuff. you might look at that and then look at Googles API site.

I would like to know how to change the default map view also, and also the default how far zoomed in level.

Might poke around here for the API Commands. I just wrote the joomla wrapper the map is in.

To change the initial view you need to open this file:

mod_moolet_google_maps.php

And change the number in this line:

Code: :

 echo "moolet_google_maps.setCenter(point, 15);_CRLF_";



Higher to zoom in - lower to zoom out.
