What does this error msg means? 4 Months, 4 Weeks ago
I'm trying to get Moolet Who's Online to work.
I've gone through the entire forum (I think), and still can't figure out why it's stuck on "Moolets loading".

I've got Shotbox, and pointed that to
Code: :

 modules/mod_moolet_online/mootools.v1.11.js.

Shoutbox still works just fine.

I think I've tried just about any combination in the settings for the Mollet. Still no luck.

But, when looking at errors, I find this:
Code: :

Erroruncaught exception: [Exception... "Access to restricted URI denied" code"1012" nsresult"0x805303f4 (NS_ERROR_DOM_BAD_URI)"  location"http://www.thecurrybook.com/joomla/modules /mod_moolet_online_lite/mootools.v1.11.js Line: 3"]

Does that help us at all? (where that url come from, I have no idea)

My site is www.bipolarna.se
The site is in Swedish. And I've set the permissions to show the Moolet to "special". If you want to have a look, just tell me and I publish it for all.

Have a good one!

Looks like you might need to set permissions on the moolet module subdirecty This is the first time I have seen this error:

Access to restricted URI denied

That is telling me the moolet that calls back to itself every 30 seconds or so is no allowed to do so.

I would CHMOD 755 the moolet files and see if that helps.

If not I would send that error to your hosting provider and see if they can tell you what you need to do as it looks like a restriction they have set up

I'll take it all back! Well, not all...

I've tested the moolet on all pages. I thought. But I have the shoutbox in an static article (by using ). I did this for those who'd like to have a bigger (larger? bad in English... ) chat-window.
This page is reached by a chat-_link_ in the main menu.

Now, before sending my mail to my host, I visited this chat-page. And then, right out of the blue, the Moolet worked! Proved to always work on that specific page.

What differ that page from all others is that I don't have Shoutbox in the right module position (no need since it's in the article).
Oki, nothing wrong with my host. It's a conflict with Shoutbox.

Both the Moolet and Shoutbox are in the right module position (except from the chat-page). So I tried to move the Moolet to the module cpanel position.
Didn't do it.

So I unpublished Shoutbox completely. Thought that might do the trick. Believe it or not, the Moolet still didn't work on any page BUT the chat-page (which is active even though I unpublish Shoutbox).

WTF???

Oki, I tried to make a static content page with the Moolet to see if I can get it to work like Shoutbox. And then load it in to a module with mod_custom. Nops...

So, I'm not a programmer, I haven't got a qlue of what kind of information you can get out of this.

But the Moolet works on my site. But only when I have a static page up, containing Shoubox, called by .
Makes no sense what so ever to me.

How about you, guys?

Ops..

Some words disapeared. I didn't use code. So here it is:
Code: :

have the shoutbox in an static article (by using <strong>{mosloadposition user9}</strong> ).

Solved it! Kinda...

I thoght I should mess a bit with Moolet Who's Online. So I installed Moolet Who's Online FB. Activated it and deactivated it again.

And praise, eh.. me? There it was! Moolet Who's Online worked like a charm. On all pages!

Why and how, I don't know. And to be honest; I don't care. As long as it works...

Have a nice one!
