This one has me stumped. Maybe the mootools that came with the version of populus is not fully packed, but I can not tell
templates/rt_populus/js/mootools-release-1.11.js
I would try if possible commenting that out and turning on the mootools 1.1 that we included and see of maybe that helps. Often template providers only pack the functions they need to keep the page load down.
other then that you could remove the moo online lite and try the full version.

I did try the full version. The number-of-users part works, and the rest is just as blank as the lite version.
I'll try swapping out the moo tools tomorrow and see how that goes.
